Symptoms
When performing Clusterware upgrade from version 12.2.0.1 to version 19.10, the rootupgrade.sh failed with the following error:
2021/04/20 11:34:03 CLSRSC-4003: Successfully patched Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) Collector.
Died at <GRID_HOME>/crs/install/crsupgrade.pm line 6684.
