Symptoms
dbca failed with below messages in dbca.log.

XDG_SESSION_ID=54575
[WARNING] [DBT-06801] Specified Fast Recovery Area size (10,240 MB) is less than the recommended value.
CAUSE: Fast Recovery Area size should at least be three times the database size (4,205 MB).
ACTION: Specify Fast Recovery Area Size to be at least three times the database size.
[WARNING] [DBT-11207] Specified SGA size is greater than the shmmax on the system. The database creation might fail with "ORA-27125 - Unable to create shared memory segment error".
ACTION: Specify SGA size lesser than or equal to the shmmax on the system.
[WARNING] [DBT-11205] Specified shared pool size does not meet the recommended minimum size requirement. This might cause database creation to fail.
ACTION: Specify at least (485 MB) for shared pool size.
[FATAL] [DBT-05509] Failed to connect to the specified database (TEST).
CAUSE: OS Authentication might be disabled for this database (TEST).
ACTION: Specify a valid sysdba user name and password to connect to the database.
