Symptoms

RAT Replay with replace_literals=true Option causes high memory Use when the Capture has LOBs.

If these conditions set on the Replay Database, the symptom will result:

- cursor_sharing = FORCE
- replace_literals=true
- the replay contains LOBs

Each wrc process consumes over 10GB memory and eventually causes the server paging area to fill.
