Symptoms
On : 8.0 version, Connector/J and JDBC
Connector/J 8.0.19 to .25 and preserveInstants
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 8.0.19 to 8.0.25
2. Add preserveInstants=true in the connection string
3. Call the getObject() method and/or attempt to retrieve metadata
