Use of uninitialized value $is_pdb_restricted in concatenation (.) or string at /var/opt/oracle/perl_lib/DBAAS/migrate.pm line 710.

Use of uninitialized value in numeric ne (!=) at /var/opt/oracle/perl_lib/DBAAS/migrate.pm line 717.

INFO : Target version is 19000
