Fast-Start Failover Configuration giving the below notification when the User has enabled Fast-Start Failover in the Max Availability Protection Mode:

Data Guard configuration was in Max Availability Mode and the Fast-Start Failover Configuration was enabled. User altered FastStartFailoverLagLimit from its default value to 60 seconds.
