Symptoms

Java stored procedure fails with the following errors.

java.security.AccessControlException: the Permission (java.io.FilePermission c:\output.log write) has not been granted by dbms_java.grant_permission to

SchemaProtectionDomain(USER|PolicyTableProxy(USER))

at java.security.AccessControlContext.checkPermission(AccessControlContext.java)
