Symptoms
Customer is patching recovery appliance to 19.2.1.1.2-202107 IP1 and they encountered the following error:
Wed Nov 17 11:00:13 2021: Checkpoint ERROR: ROOTCRS_PREPATCH is not START on <HOSTNAME>.
Please make sure /opt/oracle.RecoveryAppliance/install/run_root_crs.sh -type=postpatch runs succesfully and verify that ROOTCRS_POSTPATCH is SUCCESS before proceeding
