TRAILCHARSETASCII/COLCHARSET(PASSTHRU) Are Not Working In Initial Load Mode (Doc ID 2825816.1)

Symptoms

User reported that TRAILCHARSETASCII/COLCHARSET(PASSTHRU) were not working  with the Initial Load process.

 

++extract in Initial Load mode with COLCHARSET(PASSTHRU, COL0, COL1) + TRAILCHARSETASCII , these 2 columns are captured as ASCII which in this case was not correct...
