Storage Cell Did Not ReturnTo Patchmgr In The Middle Of Exadata Patching to 21.2.5 (Doc ID 2825998.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Patching

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Storage cell did not return to patchmgr in the middle of Exadata Patching

Node is currently up, although nearly all services are down, including SSH.

Patchmgr eventually fell out after some hours. It appears the firmware completed and possibly the kernel update. But node is not usable. Can only access via console:
