Getting "ERROR: use_large_pages = TRUE is not a supported setting for database on Exadata" on databases running on 19.12 or higher (Doc ID 2847682.1)

Goal

in previous 19.10 and 19.8 versions we could set up use_large_pages to TRUE or FALSE .. But after switching the instance to start from 19.12 home as soon as I try to start instance I get this error

ERROR: use_large_pages = TRUE is not a supported setting for database on Exadata

PLease indicate why various options are not allowed in 19.12
