Symptoms

After installing PSU 33290750 upgrade catalog fails with message

recovery catalog is partially upgraded to 12.02.00.01

RMAN> upgrade catalog;

PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_RCVMAN.GETPACKAGEVERSION' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 34:
