Under chapter "8 Model Nodes" --> "R Build Nodes" the document mentions

"You must have Oracle R Enterprise installed in the host to build R models." 

While checking receiving message as "The component "R extensible" under Oracle SQL Developer --> Oracle Data Miner (ODM) --> Components -->Models is not available"

The R Extensible Node is available from which database version ?
