The cloned PDB will have duplicate service names when a PDB is cloned

Symptoms
Service names are copied from the original PDB to new one while PDB is cloned.
The services from the source PDB are present in the cloned pdb as well after the cloning.
Connections are happening with the old service names to the new PDB for this reason.
