Symptoms

Oracle 19c fresh installation on Redhat Linux 8.5.
Grid Infrastructure already installed successfully and started to install the RAC DB binary in separate ORACLE_HOME and got below error:

SEVERE: [May 12, 2022 1:55:33 PM] [FATAL] An internal error occurred within cluster verification framework
PRCT-1011 : Failed to run "crsctl". Detailed error: CRS-4654: Server 'localhost' could not be found.,CRS-4000: Command Get failed, or completed with errors.
