Issuing "crsctl query crs softwarepatch" from node 3 returns "CRS-4468: could not retrieve the software patch level because host node3 is not a cluster member"

First 2 nodes return values correctly
[node1]$ crsctl query crs softwarepatch
Oracle Clusterware patch level on node node1 is [2966572961].
[node2]$ crsctl query crs softwarepatch
Oracle Clusterware patch level on node node2 is [2966572961].

Third node throws this error
[node3]$ crsctl query crs softwarepatch
CRS-4468: could not retrieve the software patch level because host node3 is not a cluster member
CRS-1191: There was an error retrieving Oracle Clusterware software patch level.
CRS-4000: Command Query failed, or completed with errors.
