Provide information to achieve High Availability during maintenance operations of a leaf switch.

The scope of this document applies to the following configuration and use cases:

InfiniBand Partitioning Network Configuration
High number of Guests configured on each of the Hypervisors (up to 8 )
Maintenance operations on a leaf switch, causing node evictions and crashes, due to the high number of RDS connections and slow time to rebuild them
