MySQL Change View Charset And Collation (Doc ID 2878741.1)

Goal

iInnoDB Cluster has one database with a view who has a bad charset and collation : utf8 and utf8_general_ci

All the view are with utf8mb4 / utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci

How is possible to change /convert this view ? Only with a DROP view / CREATE view? Is there another option?
