GoldenGate V19.1.0 the column REPLICAT_NAME of the view
DBA_GOLDENGATE_INBOUND is empty. Prior to this Release there was always the
name of the replicat group in this column.

SQL> select REPLICAT_NAME,SERVER_NAME,USER_COMMENT,CREATE_DATE from
DBA_GOLDENGATE_INBOUND;
