CMAKE Failed Saying "Need at least Windows Server 2016, or Windows 10, to build' (Doc ID 2885969.1)

Goal

Installed Cmake version 3.23.2, openssl version 1.1.1l & Visual Studio 2019.

Trying to build MySQL 8.0.29 on Windows Server 2012 R2 with the below command:

 


cmake failed saying "Need at least Windows Server 2016, or Windows 10, to build'.

Does this mean MySQL 8.0.29 cant be built with VS2019 on Windows Server 2012 R2 platform?
