Symptoms
ORA-7445 [lxregsergop()+6] [11] [0x187F35DE8] [0:4 #PF(14):0x04<NON-PRESENT|READ|USERDATA>] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
and
ORA-7445 [lxregsergop()+6] [11] [0x1B5C8C9D8] [0:4 #PF(14):0x25<PRESENT|READ|USERDATA|PKEY>] [] []
causing multiple intermittent random SQL quarantines in multiple cells
however all the SQL statement were accessing same table column of type VARCHAR2(512 CHAR) using regular expressions in the statements like:
regexp_substr and regexp_instr
Changes
Observed that table is getting truncated and loaded often
