Symptoms

Extract process is abending frequently with error

 OGG-02077 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, .prm: Extract encountered a read error in the asynchronous reader thread and is abending: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation.
 OGG-02078 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, .prm: Extract encountered a fatal error in a processing thread and is abending.
