Veridata Server Fails To Start With Could Not Initialize Class Org.owasp.esapi.reference.DefaultValidator (Doc ID 2893326.1)

Symptoms

When trying to start Veridata Server or when accessing the Veridata UI the following error

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.owasp.esapi.reference.DefaultValidator
at java.lang.Class.forName0(Native Method)
at java.lang.Class.forName(Class.java:264)
at org.owasp.esapi.util.ObjFactory.loadClassByStringName(ObjFactory.java:158)

is returned.

Changes

 WLS infrastructure Patch Set Update 12.2.1.4.220602 was installed
