Symptoms

Frequent ORA-07445 [kewe_get_svcrgn_key()+57] error reported in ASM alert logfile, causing huge logfile size.

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kewe_get_svcrgn_key()+57] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x2FDC9E9] [SI_KERNEL(general_protection)] []

OR you may also see below ORA-00600 error in the same core dump tracefile

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kspptv: NULL string psta], [optimizer_session_type], [576], [0x0842D64E8], [1], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
