Symptoms
Oracle Database and Oracle Database Gateway 12.1.0.2 are installed in the same HOME. After apply APR22 PSU Patch to the Oracle Database Home, Oracle Database Link not working through Oracle Database Gateway for SQL Server.
Getting below error
SQL> select * from dual@<DBLINK>;
