Symptoms

Exadata KVM hosts were rebooting with Out of memory:

 kernel: Out of memory: Kill process 69843 (qemu-system-x86) score 1 or sacrifice child          <<<<<<<<<<<<     QEMU
 kernel: Out of memory: Kill process 65461 (qemu-system-x86) score 0 or sacrifice child
 kernel: Out of memory: Kill process 71694 (java) score 0 or sacrifice child
 kernel: Out of memory: Kill process 55140 (libvirtd) score 0 or sacrifice child     <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<   Libvirrtd
 kernel: Out of memory: Kill process 232081 (qemu-system-x86) score 1 or sacrifice child


 kernel: Out of memory: Kill process 70791 (qemu-system-x86) score 1 or sacrifice child <<<<<<<<<<<<QEMU

 kernel: Killed process 70791 (qemu-system-x86) total-vm:332274792kB, anon-rss:1200488kB, file-rss:22168kB, shmem-rss:4kB
 kernel: oom_reaper: reaped process 70791 (qemu-system-x86), now anon-rss:1204072kB, file-rss:22400kB, shmem-rss:4kB
