ORA-4030 User Defined Function Used Far More "kgmtimob: self" Memory On 19c Than On 11.2 (Doc ID 2913782.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.10.0.0.0 version, RDBMS

A single SQL contains a user defined function used more than 30GB PGA and eventually hit ORA-4030 error.

ORA-4030 trace shows that most of memory used by "kgmtimob: self "

The same SQL only takes less than 200MB on 11.2.0.4, however it run very slower on 11.2.0.4.
