AVDF 20x: How to administer the Trail Auto Start attempts? (Doc ID 2918024.1)

Goal

You may have integrated your database(s) with Audit Vault Server for Audit monitoring but have some daily or weekly downtime for maintenance.
During this time you may notice that the AV Collector is trying to auto start but then stops trying after 5 attempts.

Also the AV Collector does not start again automatically after the Database is restarted, which means you are forced to start the AV Collector manually.

You would like to know if there is a way to increase the number of "Trail Auto start attempts" for Targets or to increase the sleep time between each attempt.
