Symptoms
While using "Upgrading Oracle Database Appliance Using Data Preserving Reprovisioning" method to upgrade ODA 19.16, it is failing at step "odacli restore-node -g" under section "Step 3: Provisioning Nodes Using Data Preserving Reprovisioning Method" which results in a server reboot and network is down after reboot.
