Symptoms

Using Advanced Replication and calling DBMS_DEFER_SYS.PUSH is not replicating
correctly and at times a hang can be seen from ODP.NET. This function works correctly
however in SQL Plus. The following connection string example shows how the function will not work correctly:

Dim connectStr As String = "User Id=<User ID>;Password=<Password>;Data Source=<DataSource>;"
