Symptoms

High CPU Utilization observed along with High version count in 19c

Below changes performed but no luck


_cursor_obsolete_threshold has been lowered from 8,192 to 1,024. Version count continues to grow until it reaches 1,024. It then drops back to one, and this cycle restarts.

Increasing SESSION_CACHED_CURSORS to 250 did not help.
