Symptoms

WRC client returns ORA-15557.

Replay Client(wrc) version is 19.3.
Replay Client(wrc) can access the replay directory.

Replay database attend to connect is RU 19.16.
Preprocess was executed on the same database, RU 19.16.

Changes

First time to Testing execution.

The ORACLE_HOME of the Replay client (wrc) is separate from the Replay database's ORACLE_HOME.
