Goal

Oracle Data Miner uses Oracle Scheduler to schedule and run workflows.

If this is set to 0, then the workflows will get stuck and you can not delete them from SQL Developer.

Set job_queue_processes to a value higher than 0. After this, new Projects and Workflows can be deleted.
