Symptoms

 SYMPTOMS

While creating the clone database we might encounter ORA-01503 ORA-01161 errors.
1) Creation of the clone database.
2) We are attempting to change the database name to different name.
3) We have crosschecked the datafiles., and all the files were from same database.
4) With old database name., it works without any issues.
5) But when we keep the db_name=<new db name> we encounter ORA-01503 ORA-01161 errors.

We are using the create control file script to recreate the control file.
Where it fails on control file creation.
