Observing this on Node 1:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ktatmkref()+552]

Observing this on Node 2:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15801]

This is an ADG (Active Dataguard) environment and the call stack is the following:

Upgrade to 19.17 once the errors were seen the upgrade was rolled back.
