- Voting diskgroup has only one voting file with External Redundancy
- Voting diskgroup is mounted and voting file was orrupted due to storage maintainance

Clusterware is not coming up due to voting file issue. Voting files seems to be corrupted due to storage maintenance activity
Voting disk is external redundancy diskgroup and there is only 1 voting file exist which is corrupted now.
Diskgroup which holds voting files is mounted.
