Symptoms

Installing 
Patch 35275319 - Oracle GoldenGate 19.1.0.0.230418 for Oracle 19c

fails with

DeleteAction : Destination File "$OGG_HOME/jdk/THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt" is not writeable.
'oracle.oggcore.ora19c, 19.1.0.0.0': Cannot delete file '$OGG_HOME/jdk/THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt'
DeleteAction : Destination File "$OGG_HOME/jdk/COPYRIGHT" is not writeable.
'oracle.oggcore.ora19c, 19.1.0.0.0': Cannot delete file '$OGG_HOME/jdk/COPYRIGHT'
DeleteAction : Destination File "$OGG_HOME/jdk/README.html" is not writeable.
