Symptoms
Trying to upgrade database from 12.1.0.2 to 19c. Spatial component causing
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kqludp2], [0x0D18C3EC0], [3], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
or
PLS-00114: identifier 'VALIDATE_USER_SDO_GEOM_METADAT' too long while reloading SDO component
SQL> alter package MDSYS.SDO_META_USER compile body;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
