Symptoms
After rolling back the Oracle JVM Release Update, an issue is reported that the status of the "JServer JAVA Virtual Machine" in dba_registry turns to INVALID.
This case was reported in the next step and version.
- Install Oracle Database 18c on Windows platform
- Roll back Oracle JavaVM Release Update 18.3.0.0.180717
- Apply Windows Database Bundle Patch 18.6.0.0.190416
- Run "datapatch -verbose"
