After Rolling back OJVMRU, Oracle JVM Can Be INVALID (Doc ID 2952582.1)

Symptoms

After rolling back the Oracle JVM Release Update, an issue is reported that the status of the "JServer JAVA Virtual Machine" in dba_registry turns to INVALID.

This case was reported in the next step and version.

  1. Install Oracle Database 18c on Windows platform
  2. Roll back Oracle JavaVM Release Update 18.3.0.0.180717
  3. Apply Windows Database Bundle Patch 18.6.0.0.190416
  4. Run "datapatch -verbose"

Rolling back the Oracle JVM Release Update.
