Partitioned Index Becomes Unusable Status Regularly (Doc ID 2955819.1)

Goal

There is a scheduled daily job on several Partitioned tables to check and drop the empty partitions on it.

So once the job is completed the respective index partitions move into unusable status, hence daily rebuilds are being done for those partitioned indexes.

How can this scenario be resolved and stop it from happening daily?
