On the BDA, the Failover Controller (FC) fails to restart in Cloudera Manager(CM).

The Failover Controller log on the affected host, /var/log/hadoop-hdfs/hadoop-cmf-hdfs-FAILOVERCONTROLLER-<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>.log.out, reports:
