Symptoms

Error ORA-00600 [13013], [5001], [356] on PDB$SEED

When while upgrading Database from 12c DB to 19.3  using DBUA

Incident trace file for ORA-600 [13013] for PDB$SEED showing

 SQL> update idl_char$ SET version = -version
 where part = 0 and version >= 184549376
 and obj# IN
 (select obj# from obj$ o where status in (5, 6) and
 (7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 22, 32, 33, 87));

as the DML/SQL failing

 

Changes

 Upgraded from 12c to 19c.
