The integrated replicat is ignoring updates.

Without NOALLOWNULLABLEKEYS on the source, and APPLYNOOPUPDATES &

ALLOWNONVALIDATEDKEYS on the target IR has been seen to not actually update

any rows, but when these values are present IR appears to be correctly

updating.
