Veridata Not Showing Charts (Doc ID 2964141.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version,

Veridata not showing charts

Today, our AIX server hosting Veridata was patched as follows

Kernel fix

IJ42159s4a
NFS kernel extension

IJ41974s4a
TCP/IP kernel extension

IJ43876s4a
Perfstat kernel extension

IJ42163m4a
Vuln in rm_mlcache_file

IJ44425m4a
Bind vuln

IJ44559m4a
lpd vuln

After patching, we restarted Veridata and while the comparisons run, the chart no longer displays. We found the following error in VERIDATA_server1.log

The veridata versions are:

Veridata from About - Version: 12.2.1.4.220831

Target Agent - Target Agent version OGGV-60001: Veridata Agent Version 12.1.3.0.2

$ java -version
java version "1.8.0_351"
