Symptoms

Precheck to Patch Exadata DB Node from 22.1.4 to 22.1.10 failing due to the following errors

Error: Package: libvirt-daemon-lxc-5.7.0-28.el7.x86_64 (installed)
  Requires libvirt-daemon-driver-secret = 5.7.0-38.3l7
  Removing: libvirt-daemon-driver-secret-5.7.0-38.el7.x86_64 (installed)
  libvirt-daemon-driver-secret - 5.7.0-38.el7
  Updated By: libvirt-daemon-driver-secret-5.7.0-39-el7.x86_64 (exadata_generated_150823141419)
