DRG-10507: DUPLICATE INDEX NAME From Parallel Impdp When Different Users Own Oracle Text Indexes with the Same Name (Doc ID 2970015.1)

Symptoms

Parallel datapump import (impdp parallel=X) results in DRG-10507 if importing several users who own Text Index with the same name.

For example, let's say the export dump contains these 2 user:

- TEXTUSER1 owns table QUICK and text index QUICK_TEXT
- TEXTUSER2 owns table QUICK and text index QUICK_TEXT

When importing such export dump using parallel=2, below error occurs and one of the indexes is not created.
