Symptoms

AQ Messages Not Changing WAIT State To READY After Delay Time Over

If we enqueue message from queue table non owner instance with delay, it goes to WAIT state and never change to READY sate, While when enqueue from node which owner of queue table, it is working.

Although we have applied patches for bugs 33812475, 33545698, 32598380 and bug 35264103
