How To Avoid Error 1412 While Taking a Backup Using mysqldump Command (Doc ID 2974273.1)

Goal

When mysqldump is running with --single-transaction option, concurrent DDL will cause an error like below:

Even though this is an expected behavior like described in <Document 2827207.1>, we would like to avoid it to happen. This document describes the way how to avoid the error.
