PITR of CDB database asking for Recovery of PBD$SEED datafile from Old Sequence (Doc ID 2975722.1)

Symptoms

Database was running on 19.15 in August  2023. 

Database was patched to 19.18 in October 2023 . Datapatch was run 

PITR of CDB To August reported archivelogs Missing .These archivelogs  shown as Missing are Old sequence number  associated with the PDB$SEED datafiles.

Changes

Latest  DBRU was applied in October and datapatch run. 

When datapatch is run PDB$SEED is opened read write and then  brought back to original state of   read only.

Controlfile used for PITR was the Curernt  Controlfile from the Latest DBRU.
