Symptoms

A query fails with :

 ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [smboPut()+1103] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x7FF6D7E8165F] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []


The stack in the trace file contains smboPut, qersoSORowPRowsets.
This error may cause other memory corruption errors like ORA-7445 [kghfrempty:ds], ORA-7445 [kghfrh:ds], ORA-600 [17114] and so.

Restart instance does not solve the issue.
